Historically, Dimoria was a vessel Tribal Kingdom prior to independence. After independence this Kingdom segmented into four Mouzas – i.e.Dimoria, Sonapur, Barkhat and Panbari.
The entire area was economically poor and educationally more backward. Majority of population was belong to Scheduled Tribes – both Hill Tribes and Plain Tribes. They are mainly The Karbis, Tiwas, Boros, Garos, Rabhas and Hazongs and marginally – The Tea Tribes such as Munda &Sautals. In course of time – migration happened to this area.
Keeping in view the very very poor educational setup both in Govt. & Private sectors a small group of educationally – devoted and dedicated people – come forded – to educate the mass by way being the tors bearer of education. And thus these people – established the Bharali Education Foundation, at Khetri in the present district of Kamrup Metro, Assam.
There have been five members as Trusty and Ram Charan Bharali is the Chief Trusty.
Gradually in course of time Bharali Education Foundation observe that general education in India and more particularly in the North East India – failed to create job opportunity. And qualification became a piece of paper – as certificate instead of being an asset by providing a job or a livelihood.
Bharali Education Foundation parallelly started employment generated course and skill based education became of the Agenda.
